MURAL PRICING
My rate for most projects is $20/sq.ft.
Murals are priced by the square foot, depending on size, complexity, and location. A detailed fine-art mural will have a higher rate than a simpler design, and an outdoor piece will usually have a higher rate because the paint needed for outdoor surfaces is more expensive, etc.
A note about schools & non-profits: I welcome the opportunity to work with schools, non-profits, and philanthropic organizations. Because these institutions tend to have more limited budgets, I lower my rates for these projects.
Rate includes:
Moodboards & initial brainstorming session, 1-3 custom designs, a mock-up of the finished design, paint & painting supplies, daily liability insurance for painting days, and application of the mural
Rate does not include:
An electric lift and/or scaffolding, additional revisions on designs, logo design or branding, anti-graffiti coating for outdoor murals, powerwashing or surface-prep for ourdoor surfaces, or licensing of design for other purposes
