KIRO ART CO.
“KIRO” can mean a lot of things: ‘Victorious One’ or ‘The Way’. It can also mean ‘Bright Light’, which perfectly represents what art can do. My goal with every piece is the same, to illuminate an emotional truth within and to somehow transpose it into color and image.
Meet the artist
Annie Kehoe, the founder of Kiro Art Co., is a painter and muralist living in Vancouver, Washington. She has been an artist all her life and has shown work in galleries in Chicago, New York, and Los Angeles, and most recently, Vancouver.
Before COVID, she taught fine art classes in drawing, charcoal, and oil painting at Medallion Art School, focusing on realism, and also has a background in graphic design
She currently lives in Vancouver with her family. When she’s not making art, she likes to play piano, practice yoga, eat tasty food, and hike with her German shepherd in the beautiful PNW.
